Welcome to Suplex™. These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Jeje Holdings Inc, doing business as Suplex™ ("Suplex," "we," "us," or "our"), regarding your access to and use of our lead generation and email automation platform (the "Service").
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use the Service.

Suplex is a standalone software application that provides automated lead generation, research, and email outreach capabilities. Our Service integrates with third-party platforms (including but not limited to LinkedIn and Google) to help you identify and connect with potential business prospects.
To use the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
You own your leads. You own your data. Any leads, contacts, prospect information, or business intelligence you collect, generate, or store through our Service is and remains your exclusive property. We claim no ownership rights to your data.
Your lead database is yours to keep, export, and use as you see fit. We do not restrict your ability to export or transfer your data at any time.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Service:

Suplex is a tool provider. You are solely responsible for how you use the tool and for ensuring your use complies with all applicable terms and laws.
Certain features of the Service require payment of fees. All fees are stated in US dollars and are non-refundable except as expressly provided in these Terms or as required by applicable law.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing information. You authorize us to charge your provided payment method for all fees due.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to your account and data through the end of your current billing period.
The Service and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio) are owned by Suplex, its licensors, or other providers and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
You retain all rights to the leads and data you collect through our Service. We do not claim any ownership interest in your data.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that any results obtained from using the Service will be accurate or reliable.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL SUPLEX, ITS AFFILIATES, OR THEIR LICENSORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OFFICERS, OR DIRECTORS BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, UNDER ANY LEGAL THEORY, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Suplex, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall be instituted exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Hartford County, Connecticut.
We may revise and update these Terms from time to time in our sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately when we post them. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Suplex regarding the Service and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, both written and oral.
